We have Sunday Morning Programming for Babies - Kindergarten

We have a great team of dedicated volunteers ready to tell stories, sing songs, play games and share the love of Jesus with your child.

Check In

There are two check-in stations. One in the office foyer and the other in the downstairs foyer by the children’s ministries classrooms. These stations have iPads where you type in your phone number to access and it will bring up your family information and you check-in the child (children) who will be attending kids church today. A name tag printed out for each child along with a “Pick Up Tag”. Please have your child wear their name tag and hold on to the “Pick Up Tag” as that you will be asked for it at check out. There is a cubby in this foyer for you to put their coat.

Once you have checked-in and have your name tag and “Pick Up Tag” you can bring your child straight to their classroom. The preschool rooms open at 9:50 am. You will receive a pager when you drop them off. This will buzz if your child needs a diaper change or if they are having a hard time settling into the class.

Check Out

When you come to pick up your child, please have your “Pick Up Tag” and pager ready. The leader at the door will collect your pager, and let you into the room so you can find your child. Once in the room you have your child you may head to the exit door and pick up your child’s craft and take-home page, the leader at this door will again ask to see your “Pick Up Tag”. enter the room and find your child.

Once you leave your child’s classroom you will enter the Elementary room and pick pick up your other preschool children by knockin on their door or by finding your elementary child. Feel free to stick around in the Multipurpose room for a while and let your children play at the activity tables. This is a great palce for parents to meet each other while their children bond over similar activites.

When you are ready to leave, or it is clean up time. Please head over to the leader at the Muli-Purpose Room Exit, where you will hand over the “Pick Up Tag”. The leader will want to compare it to your child’s name tag. We have a Name Tag Ball where we invite your child to put their name tag at the end of the day. We do this for three reasons. One: Kids find it fun, two: we love to watch it grow each week and three: It helps us to see the name tag which has the matching number to the parents tag.

Keep in mind:

  • Only preauthorized people are able to pick up your children

  • Only people 16+ can be preauthorized to pick up your children

By default the parents are the only authorized people for pickup. To add additional people such as grandparents, aunts & uncles, or family friends, please ask Pastor Charity or Cheryl for the Additional Authorized Pickup People Form.
